Long-distance move from Las Vegas, NV to Flowery Branch, GA

Worst Moving Company on the planet

Took my money and never moved anything. Set five men to my house at the time of moving and quoted me a different price when I told them I wasn’t going to use them. They kept my money. Do not use this company.

In Litigation and they defaulted

American Heritage Moving Solutions LLC

US Safe Moving LLC

Dear Reader,

If you are reading this then you are either reading a review or inquiring if these companies are legit. We have found them to be legit in the sense that they have been in business for a long time. But we wonder how with all the complaints and dissatisfied customers.

Here is our experience, and they have been in litigation for nearly a year. They have broken ethical standards that consumers should be aware of.

1. Their promise to pack us out completely and unload the same way. That did not happen. We had to take them to court to receive our own belongings. We waited 132 days. Only after they wanted us to drop US Safe Moving LLC from the litigation did US Safe Moving deliver. We did not drop them when the court asked us if we were.

2. American Heritage took our payment under a binding contract that they sub-contracted out to US Safe Moving LLC.

3. US Safe Moving LLC took the pickup and delivery checks which should have been enough to deliver under that binding contract. They increased the amount by doubling what was in the original binding contract. They used the same figures from the original contract adding additional square cubit feet that was not there.

4. The exact same belongings on original contract adding that as more freight when it was the exact same freight with the exception that they didn’t want to load some of the things we wanted saying it would be more. Though it was on the original binding contract we had to leave behind.

In our minds and the law this is extortion, under threat and is provable by US Law codes. We have researched the law thoroughly and know where we stand. It is up to the court, because both defendants defaulted on all the court orders to appear and to answer all allegations.

If anyone wishes to use these companies should be made aware of this and expect a long and drawn-out battle. We are hoping, praying and believing that the court grants relief as well grants a larger amount which they can do to discourage any other companies that are practicing the same deception on unexpecting consumers in the future. These laws are here to protect us, yet, they have not been slapped hard enough to stop them. There are many out there under different names, yet they are getting away with it. We say enough is enough.

Long-distance move from Baltimore, MD to Farmington, ME

Bait and Switch Rip-Off

WARNING: SCAM. DO NOT HIRE. BAIT & SWITCH.

THIS IS A BROKER, NOT A MOVER

TL;DR:

-- The cost of our move went from $2,400 to $5,000 to $5,897 to $6,747 + ~$300 cash tips for a 776sf apartment.

-- American Heritage Moving Solutions is offensively bad at communication and doing what they say they'll do.

-- They do not give one crap about you, your stuff, or customer service; they have an excuse for everything.

-- I've moved 16 times in my life including several cross country and four with full-store inventory. This was the worst move I've ever experienced.

We were immediately mislead by Matt Murphy who gave us a $2400 estimate for our 776sf apartment and reassured multiple times that the movers would take apart furniture to save space (they charge by cubic foot) and put it back together. (Scam #1.) Their "quality assurance call" from Jacob upped the estimate to $5000 because Matt didn't include all the furniture he said he had. Jacob reassured us that when the furniture was broken down, it would be less than the estimate because the furniture would take up less space. (Scam #2.) They were supposed to call us and let us know when the movers were coming, but didn't. The day before moving day, we called and the person we spoke with took 10+ rings to answer, sounded like she'd been asleep, then had no idea what we were talking about. She said she'd find out and call back. She didn't. We went to bed praying the movers would indeed show up the next day.

We were farmed out to a company called US Moving Forward who sent one guy to move us. One. He was 7.5 hours late from the time we were given early that morning. We found out he'd only been given the job that morning. The move took *ELEVEN* excruciating hours until 2:30 a.m. -- the time we discovered that the truck had been left open on the streets of downtown Baltimore all day. And if you know Baltimore, you know how ridiculous a risk that was. But there was just a single mover sent.

Because the solitary guy couldn't also take the time to dismantle furniture, we took up even more space on the truck and had to pay a premium for the extra space, bumping our cost another $897. It was 3 a.m. before we finally hit the road, wrecking our carefully planned trip from Baltimore to Maine with stops to see family and friends, causing the added expense of a hotel stay.

Over the next three weeks nobody returned our calls at US Moving Forward for updates on our truck. When I finally got hold of someone, they gave me a two-day range when the truck would finally arrive, but those days came and went without word and without picking up their phone. When they got in touch, they told us it would be another $850 for a shuttle truck because Maine doesn't allow residential delivery from semis. Why wasn't that part of our original estimate from American Heritage?? (Scam #3.)

The movers arrived hours late, around 7:15 p.m., but at least there were three and the offloading went quickly. US Moving Forward really banged up a lot of our boxes, some looked like they were dropped or kicked, a couple looked like they'd been run over. When I brought this up, the driver told us they're not responsible for anything *we* packed into our boxes. We said that was unreasonable – we packed the boxes with the expectation that the “fragile” and “top load” stickers would be respected, and the rest of the boxes would be moved rather than thrown around, and that they would be packed carefully to preserve the items inside. We lost some meaningful, irreplaceable things like my grandmother's plates and our cat's bowl (she had passed away just weeks before), and had other damage like some sculptures being cracked and furniture broken.

When we spoke with Tony, the customer service manager at American Heritage Moving Solutions, he was condescending, belligerent, uncaring, and had excuses for everything. We'd written up a detailed report and submitted it, and he wanted to go over select parts of it (not all of it), and didn't want to let us speak. Any time we did, he raised his voice and aggressively accused us of interrupting him. In the end, his message to us was he's sorry we feel the way we do, but too bad, "that's the way the business works." I told him I couldn't believe that he'd rather treat us like that and not work with us rather than talk to our lawyer. He didn't care.

Our lawyer says that we would likely win a judgement against American Heritage Moving Solutions and US Moving Forward according to the Consumer Protection Act because of the fact that they broke their contract to us, but actually getting the money out of American Heritage would be a whole other long, expensive process that would eat away at our time and money so much as to make the whole thing not worth pursuing. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THIEVES LIKE THESE COUNT ON.

Long-distance move from Buffalo, NY to Madison, AL

Fraud and thieves!

Do not use American Heritage (or whatever name they are using this week.) I contracted for a move from Buffalo NY to Alabama with them. They sub-contracted with iMove Van lines out of New Jersey. The move estimate was about $7,000. When their truck(rented) arrived, the price doubled to $14,320 and I had no choice but to pay. Talk about taking advantage of a senior! Three weeks later when they were supposed to deliver (again in a rental truck), furniture was missing and presumably stolen and the rest was trashed and smashed. My antique desk glass was smashed. They ripped open the locked drawer and smashed out part of the wood. Fragile boxes were all smashed. China smashed, new furniture ripped, and on and on..I have learned a lot about both these companies. The driver who delivered to my house is wanted by the FBI on 50 counts of fraud. I wish there was a class action suit I could join to get these guys.

Know before you consider doing business with American Heritage Moving

I was calling around in early August to several moving companies to get a quote for my upcoming move from Texas to North Carolina which was going to be taking place in late September. I was contacted by Josh Miller at American Heritage Moving Solutions (AMHS) on 11 Aug as he was returning my request for a quote. Josh asked that we go room-by-room with him on the phone so I could let him know the furniture I had in my house and he could work up the estimate. Upon completion of me telling Josh everything in my house that was going to be moved, he quoted me a full price of $8500 which was the cheapest quote that I had received so far after contacting 4 other companies. Josh played several high-pressure tactic games with me on the phone such as putting me on hold then returning and stating he “has a truck scheduled to be in the area and he could hold the truck for my scheduled pickup”. I later found out that AHMS doesn’t even have their own trucks and this was just a ploy to get my business. He also stated he could only hold that truck for 24 hours or I would lose the deal – another high-pressure tactic used to take advantage of an unknowing customer. Josh asked that I sign a contract to “hold” that price. He emailed me the estimate and instead of going over the contract, he led me straight down the estimate to the bottom and wanted to walk me through how to sign the contract. This was yet another high-pressure tactic to throw me off from seeing all the furniture that was missing from my contract. I sent a check for $3575 to AHMS for what I thought was partial payment for my move – turns out they only made a phone call the night before my move to hire a local mover which was verified by the person in charge of the packup. This was not an equal payment for the service that I received. It wasn’t until the night before my movers were scheduled to pickup my goods that a QA representative named Jacob called me. He wanted to review the list of all my furniture to ensure it was correct – this is when I found out how much was left off my original quote by josh Miller – intentionally leaving off at least 30 items that I told him were in the house. After “adjusting” the items that would be moved, I was informed that I would have to pay another $3000 to AHMS plus an additional amount to the moving company for all the items that Josh left off my original quote. I was deceived by this high-pressure tactic and after reading all the reviews about them, I am not the only one to be taken by this company. Josh also told me that I could pay by credit card when the movers showed up for my pickup - another lie by Josh. I had to set up a Zelle account to pay them on the day they showed up because they wouldnt accept my credit card as a form of payment. Josh also told me I could schedule a 2 day window for my delivery – another lie. The moving company told me my items would have to be dropped off on 26 Sep or we would have to wait for 3 more weeks to get our delivery. We weren’t even in the house on 26 Sep but luckily, the previous owners moved all their stuff from the garage and 1 room inside the house so we could get our stuff inside.

This practice is deceitful and is a company preying on the public lack of knowledge. If they would have actually told me what they do in layman’s terms, I would have called around to local moving companies myself and saved $6575. I did call their customer service to ask for my money back to give them an opportunity to fix the situation because I was taken advantage of and deceived on what they would actually do for me. I talked to Tony and he was very rude to say the least – didn’t want to help me out or hear what I went through. He told me he didn’t have the authority to return any of my money. When I asked for his bosses name and contact info, I was told he wouldnt give it to me – again, this is not what a respectful, reputable company’s response should be. They know what they are doing and the amount of money they are charging is taking advantage of people, but they wont admit it when it is identified. In the end, I paid $6575 for AHMS to call a local mover the night before my move and schedule the pickup – the movers didn’t even know they were packing my house until the morning when they showed up. This is highway robbery for the service they provide and should be deemed illegal.

There were many other lies / instances of wrongdoing on their part, but I can only write so much to in the allotted space provided.

Fraud

Called the company for my move estimate on 11/23. Sales person told me to make the deposit on the call to get the best rate as it might not be available after some time. He asked me to be on the call and sent some SimiCash link. Post the call, I read reviews, and as per their policy cancelled the payment in next 10 mins( policy was full refund within 72 hours). I got an email confirmation from them it has been cancelled. On 11/28 , Two cheques were posted on my account of the same amount($914). I checked again with the company and they said these cheques have been cancelled and transaction should get reversed. Though my bank suggested that company chased both the cheques and has cashed them. I am receiving no reply from the company post several replies. It has caused me mental stress and a lot of time for these calls and e-mails.

CHEATERS - MISLEADING

I received a quote of $3200 for my move from NJ to Texas. This was based on my first inventory list. As the weeks progressed, I needed to call and let them know I needed to add a few boxes to my list. I actually called twice and each time it wen up $200. I SPECIFICALLY quoted what my furniture consisted of and what I was bringing. On the day of pick-up, a different moving company came, Indeed moving, who commenced to tell us that our bedroom set was very large and that I could not put the rest of my furniture on the truck as I was only allowed 700 cubic feet.

I went insane. I had to leave behind 2 new recliners, new futon, patio table with 6 chairs and a couple of boxes. I cannot tell you how STRESSED out I was and was crying. Then it took 3 weeks for our furniture to arrive in Texas as the truck carrying our things broke down. We had to wait another week till a new truck could pick up our stuff. We had to go out and purchase beds, living room furniture and basic necessities to be able to live in the home we rented. PLEASE avoid this moving company like the plaque! Nothing was done right for us.

Been Scammed? File a Complaint with Federal Trade Commission

I will save my 'story' for my official complaint. The short version is two days before my move was to be scheduled, one of their managers called me to inform me their contract had 'red flags' for fraud, then refused to give me my money back for their admitted negligence. They let the employee go, and told me "I deserved to loose my money" on a move they tried to charge me nearly double they wrote it for.

I contacted an attorney, and as American Heritage Moving Solutions know, their contract is written so they don't have to act ethically and have free reign to fraud customers.

Well, this attorney worked with the trade commission investigating claims in the state of Washington, and she informed me the best way for them to be held to account is for as many people as possible to file a complaint. The complaint will result in an investigation and potentially loss of their license.

So, please join me in filing complaints to:

Contact: Federal Trade Commission

Phone Number: 1-202-326-2222

https://www.ftc.gov/media/71268

All the best to each of you that have been scammed, this behavior is beyond unethical and although as a single mom I may never get my $1,660 back that they claim "I deserved to loose", I hope we can open an investigation so that others don't loose their money too. No one deserves that.

300 mile move

Talked to Zac on the phone to get a price to move. He asked general questions about what I need moved. He said he liked me and considered me like "family" and said he would give me a family discount. He quoted me a price and needed half down to book my move. I told him I need to move everything out by February 24th. He assured me they would be there on the 24th and to make me at ease added "If we do not pick up the 24th customer is entitled to $500 off the move!" in the notes on my contract form.

Two days before the 24th I received a call from a condescending and rude young man named Jacob. He went over the moving list with me and now some of the furniture Zac listed was too small and he added over $400.

The night before the 24th I received a phone call from the actual moving company Lamar Moving Inc. out of NC telling me the truck will be at my home between 2p and 4p. Around 1:30p I received a call from the driver who said he was leaving Orlando (about 300 miles north) and would be at my house around 6p. Around 6:30p the driver showed up with the truck all by himself. He said helpers were ten minutes away. After 9p the driver told me he would have to come back the next day because they couldn't find any helpers.

On the 25th the driver did return with help and after damaging walls and breaking the rear wheels and support on my Weber grill moved everything out. When the driver arrived, he said he needed full payment before anything can be taken off his truck. I told him I have $500 credit due to the pickup being late and showed him where it's written on the contract. After making a phone call he told me he does not work for American Heritage and insisted I pay the final portion of my bill in full or nothing was coming off the truck.

That night and the next three days I emailed Zac asking him how I go about getting the $500 refund. As of this date, he refuses to respond.

Broker/Scam exposed in

They offer over the phone a fair estimate and request a deposit by zelle.

Later on an other ‘ representative will call you to do an inventory again of your belongings. He finds you need more space and more wrapping material .He increases the previous estimate by a couple of hundred $$. On moving date, they send another associated company to finish you up. After keeping all your belongings hostage, they surprise you a bill that is more than double your previous estimate.

Advice: Accept no estimate over the phone.

Get 3 physical estimates in writing from

3 different licensed, registered moving companies with good reviews/ reputation.

Don’t pay them with cash, zelle, or money orders, which is the way they want to rob you of your money. Pay only with your credit card ; you’ll get some chance to get your money back .

Don’t hire American Heritage Moving Solutions. They confiscate your personal property and overcharge you if you want delivery.

Fradulent Misrepresentation

Fradulent misrepresentation during inception of contract. Matt in sales was specifically asked during initial call on 3/29/2023 - what happens if the move falls apart? He answered "of course we would refund your money". Over that weekend, new information came to light that made the move not workable. I sent Matt an email 4/2/2023 letting him know of the need to cancel and requesting refund. When I called customer service Monday 4/3/23 I was informed billing was not available until Friday 4/7/23. I called 4/7/23 and was told at that point that there was a clause in the contract that specified a 72 hour cancellation to a specific email. This was not disclosed when the sales team was asked directly about cancellation/refund. The customer service manager, Tony - refused to help me or listen to the issue with sales misrepresenting the contract. I eventually got the number for Billy, a manager. Who did not return my calls or emails for all of April. Today 4/26/23, I spoke with Tony again who said directly in didn't matter that sales did not disclose the cancellation policy when asked and that it was clear in the contract. The company ignores customers, uses fraudulent misrepresentation to secure deposits and advised me to sue them for the damages, but that they "have always won"

MY Moving MISTAKE with AMERICAN HERITAGE MOVING SOLUTIONS

Please don't make the same mistake I made!! I was contacted by American Heritage Moving Solutions after filling out a quote request online and I must say their smooth talking salesman and quick ability to turn out a quote is super impressive, but don't fall prey to it! American Heritage Moving Solutions IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY AT ALL - THEY ARE A BROKER , similar to those scam movers that has been in the news lately 'FMCSA Launches Operation Protect Your Move, A Nationwide Crackdown on Moving Scams' - here's the link to the news article - https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/newsroom/fmcsa-launches-operation-protect-your-move-nationwide-crackdown-moving-scams . My dealings with American Heritage Moving Solutions was less than favorable and far from a solution! The $1300 deposit that I paid to them upfront was a waste of my money. QA called and made changes to my list of inventory which added to my cost and had to pay additional fee to confirm my booking. They did not quote the correct cubic meters that was required to haul the load that I needed transported from Georgia to SC so when the movers arrived they stated there was not enough space quoted. I was furious but was in a bind as I trusted AHMS with my business. The delivery of my furniture was set but didn't get delivered for an additional two weeks after my requested date. Ended up costing me much more money that I had to pay directly to the MOVING COMPANY!! Well..... I BEG the next person to DO YOUR HOMEWORK and find an actual MOVING COMPANY and do not waste your time or money with AMERICAN HERITAGE MOVING SOLUTIONS because once they have your deposit, they could care less how your stuff is handled from there. The customer service department is rude and crude with the 'manager' being a total jerk on the phone and hanging up on me after spewing information about having x amount of days after the first available date of delivery in order to make the delivery. This was the first time that I had heard this! Such display of professionalism! After this I looked them up online and they have a long reputation for just this same kind of service... sorry to all the other patrons who were also taken by this company.... READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN HERITAGE MOVING SOLUTIONS or just save yourself the headache of such a terrible experience as I had, and according to the reviews, the many others had as well. I do hope the government cracks down on moving companies and brokers that are taking advantage of people as we trust the professionals to do an honest job for an honest wage but that doesn't seem to be their same work philosophy. Don't make the same MISTAKE I made by putting trust in the slick talking salesperson of this company!!

Not such a Happy Customer

The booking process is a rush..After being asked initial questions and being given a quote. I called back to make a booking. At that time I was told I would be sent a contract to sign. I was told the representative would stay on the phone while I read and signed the contract and send my electronic deposit FEEDBACK -NO TIME TO READ AND REVIEW.

I received a call to book my pick up - on the day of pick up at the appointed time.I received a call from the moving Company to confirm my pick up for the next day. FEEDBACK - NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR 2 REASONS - FIRST THEY MADE IT SOUND LIKE I HAD THE WRONG DAY, VERY DECEITFUL, SECOND A CALL EARLY THAN THE EXPECTED TIME WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY MUCH APPRECIATED DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS AND ALSO HAVING EVERYTHING PACKED READY TO GO.

The Insurance Value- who chooses or sets the vale of $2249? - FEEDBACK- I DON'T REMEMBER BEING ASKED TO PUT A VALUE ON MY ITEMS.. $2249 WOULD NOT REPLACE ONE SOFA

Payment on day of pick up - FEEDBACK - I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I WAS TO PAY THE DRIVER/ COMPANY PICKING UP MY FURNITURE, I ASSUMED I WAS TO PAY THE SAME AS THE FIRST PAYMENT

By the end of the process, my move total was $2206 higher than my initial quote: FEEDBACK - I WOULD EXPECT A PROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY TO PROVIDE A BETTER INITIAL QUOTE - I SAID: 1 BED HOUSE TO 1 BED APARTMENT - YALL SHOULD HAVE WAY TO DO A GOOD ESTIMATION OR GIVE THE CUSTOMER TIME TO DO A BETTER INVENTORY.

Delivery - I was told my delivery was going to be July 2 or 3rd. I did not deliver. Liz at Best Quality Movers, Moving Company told me it was being loaded July 4th when I called for an update and she would call me with an update. Then she started to ignore my calls. FEEDBACK - I HAD TO DO ALL THE FOLLOW UP

July 7th at 5pm after my persistence and follow up the drivers arrived and demanded payment before they would open the truck. FEEDBACK - NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I REQUESTED FOR THE VAN TO BE OPENED TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS IN FACT MY CONTENTS. THEY WOULD NOT OPEN THE TRUCK. I OFFERED AND PAID 75% FOR THEM TO OPEN THE TRUCK. THE BOSSMAN IN TX WOULD NOT ALLOW THE GUYS TO OPEN THE TRUCK WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL.

ONE STAR RATING ONLY BECAUSE YOU CANT SKIP THIS PART. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING PROCESS. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OR USE AGAIN.

In State Move, Worst Service Ever

This company is the absolute WORST! Do not use; here is why. My wife and I contracted this company to move from Northern California to Southern California. All sounded great after speaking with the sales rep. During the time of pick, I was told I would be given a call five days prior to check in on my moving status. No one called me so I had to call them. They gave me a two day pickup window on when they would arrive (the 29-30th of March). My wife and I had to be out of our place on the 31st. I received a call on the 29th stating that they would be arriving around 4 pm in the afternoon on the 30th. 4 pm on the 30th rolls around, and no one shows up. I get a call saying they could not come that day. My wife and I took the entire day off of work, anticipating their arrival. After spending hours calling their dispatch service, they scheduled another truck to come at 8 pm that evening. I received another call around 7 pm stating that the "truck broke down," and they would not be coming that evening. When I asked, when will this be fixed and can you come tomorrow (Friday the 31st), they replied, stating they don't know when the truck was going to be fixed and they "might" be able to come on Friday. My wife and I had to be out by Friday evening (the 31st) and could not use "might and maybe" as a response to whether they will come. We were left with no choice and booked new movers with a different company. I was told by multiple customer service reps from American Heritage Moving Solutions that I would receive a full refund for my trouble and lack of service. I have been fighting with this company for three months now, trying to get our security deposit back. They told me that since we "canceled their service," we automatically forfeit our deposit, and all of their pick-up windows are "estimates." Any person with one iota of customer service skills would see that this is their fault and would return the deposit for services not rendered. This company is a true scam and has no intention of doing what's right for the customer, even when it was clearly their fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Long-distance move from Tacoma, WA to Gooding, ID

Dont do it

We agreed on a 3,000 Cu. sq ft truck. They sent a 750cu sq ft truck. I talked to a man the night before and it didn't get undated, so it coat me $7,000 instead $4,100 and now they owe my all my money $1900 because it is NOT me fault and they think there keeping my $1,100 deposit. It has need almost 30 days and I have not heard from anyone. I have contacted them three times only to be put off. My uncle works for the DAs office and if I dont get my money back IN FULL they are going to check into how they operate.

They are not going to get away with ripping people off. And to top it off, we had to help the guy unload the truck. Some of my furniture was scratched and my $ 89.00 dollar wind mill is bent. I saw them tossing boxes up on top. The people that wrote good reviews are NOT true. This company is not a moving company, they are only brokers that hire out movers. A real moving company will come and look at what you have to get it right. So PLEASE do your wallet a favor and choose some one else.

Long-distance move from Nevada to Georgia

Total rip off

After negotiating a deal with Joush Miller for $11792.00 and payed American Heritage moving solutions $4213.00 from my checking account. On August 10 the move date American Heritage sent four men in a pick up truck to requote my job on a Friday afternoon when , I told them to leave because I already had a deal with American Heritage they wanted more money to move my things, I told them to leave at this point and contacted a reputable moving company in my area which I should’ve done to start with. I spoke with Tony and he told me they re-try to reschedule the job which was not true. I wind up going with MOVE 4 LESS. Tony told me that he would not return my $4213 because I found someone that could do the job correctly, I am 66 years old with a disability, and this should not happen to anyone else. American Heritage is working by the seat of their pants. Do not by any means deal with this so-called company. You will regret it I promise. Now I have to obtain an attorney to deal with these people. Please beware all so-called customers. They are scammers.

Long-distance move from Lehigh Acres, FL to Lincoln Park, NJ

Absolute Scam

This company is an absolute SCAM. They quote you a price and on pick up they double and triple the price. They back you against a wall...move your stuff or don't. Spoke to Phil, Tony and booked through David. David lied the entire time and their tactic is to rush your decision. NEVER use them. I will hit all social media etc to stop them from getting business and ripping others off.

Long-distance move from Bakersfield, CA to Knoxville, TN

Misled and Disappointed

This is a scam. They quote you well below the actual moving cost and spike the price later. They are good salesmen and will tell you these reviews are from bad customers but this is untrue. I lost my deposit but thankfully did not have them do my move as I felt very uneasy by their deceptive practices. Jacob was helpful but ultimately the company as a whole is a scam.

Long-distance move from Bertram, TX to Fairhope, AL

Straight up robbery

Scam scam scam. Will promise things they can’t deliver on. Lowball the pricing so badly to get you to put down a deposit. Our move went from $3,500 estimate to 6k. We were told our items would be moved and delivered in two days. Then come to find out the moving company they sent out has 30 BUSINESS DAYS to get us our things. We called and complained MULTIPLE times. We have been sleeping on the floor waiting for our items with our one year old. They DO NOT care and finally told my husband they won’t be speaking to him anymore and if he has any concerns to contact the moving company. SERIOUSLY RUN THE F AWAY. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH SCAMMERS.

Long-distance move from Denver, CO to Greenbrae, CA

FRAUDS - will keep your deposit for services not provided

Booked them for an interstate move and they refused to give my deposit back for services they DID NOT PROVIDE. Called politely to their compliance to plead and they refused to let me speak to management and HUNG UP ON ME. Filed a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and i NEVER file complaints or reviews but just don't want anyone else to get swindled by them.
